How do I start the free trial?
Select “Start free trial,” create the owner account and private company profile, then continue to hosted checkout at `/checkout`. The current checkout path shows a provisional 14-day trial; trial duration and payment-method terms remain provisional.
Where do customer inquiries go?
A request submitted on the company’s public page is saved for that company and shown to its signed-in owner in the company dashboard, including the submitted contact, location, HVAC problem, urgency, property type, and preferred appointment time.
